2003 Concept-Inspired Citadel

This is the official upload, and the most up-to-date version of this mod.

Very few people talk about this one circa-2003 Citadel concept, but I am. And this happens to be my second favourite non-retail Citadel design.
So I took it upon myself to do my best to (re)create it and put it in the game.

That is not the Half-Life: Alyx citadel in the preview. That is concept art by Viktor Antonov (who did not work on HL:A by the way) dated somewhere around 2002-2003.

there is Half-Life: Alyx citadel on the right-hand side of the preview image (I think that this model is better). But the mod includes another citadel model (maybe from HL2 Beta). I propose to delete the Half-Life: Alyx citadel from the preview image
