Nova MK2 fighter

I always thought the X4 Nova fighter for the argon looked ugly, its basically a tube with two bricks with engines attached to it for wings.

So i made a simple kitbash, combining the two small landing wings from the default nova with the design of the Teladi kestrel, and adding a custom tail on top, the end result is something that looks just a tiny bit closer to X3's Nova, and something that looks a lot like a MK2 Viper from BSG (hence the name)

what does this mod change

it adds an all new ship to the Argon and Antigone wharfs, as well as a couple into the AI sector patrols.
for the most part the stats are similar to the default nova, with a slight change in speed.

It does however have 3 weapon hardpoints instead of 2, with one being able to support missile launchers.

Also supports paint jobs and all that good stuff, and there's an optional VRO patch.

I've made a local patch that adds betty voice and fixes the language file, you can do it by making these changes:
- Make the voice value "yes"
- Change t1 to (Nova){20101,10301}
- Change t2 to (Nova MK2){20101,10301} {20111,201} (make sure theres no space between parentheses, you have a space that causes a bug)
I removed t4 and just made the ware production name equal to t2. If you want everything to just be "Nova Mk2" you literally only need one language tag. (make them all t1)

This change uses the in-game translation file and works with betty.
