Summary: Early-game expandable Warp-capable Capital Vessel optimized to be the most cost-effective but fully functional CV for early survival gameplay. Coming in at under 100k CPU of the Core 1 limit, and room for at least 1 CPU extender, this little beast has a lot to offer. Gain entry from the bottom-facing elevator.

Skipper III has a greatly streamlined interior space, with room for 9 grow plots, 1 large/advanced constructor, the full suite of medical devices, a deco docking tail, a reasonably protective steel hull, adequate cargo space, space for plenty of extra turrets, and a few thruster upgrades.
