Wear your hats with everything shop and research fix

This mod adds each of the headgear items from the Wear your hats with everything mod to shops that already sell the vanilla version of it and remove them from shops that don't.

This means that some modded headgear which was previously only obtainable via crafting, such as the Small Ashlander Stormgoggles, can now be purchased in the same shops as the regular Ashlander Stormgoggles.

It also adds some of the previously unresearchable headgear, like the Small Fog Mask and Small Mask type III, to the same 'Small Hats' research that contains the rest of the belt slot headgear blueprints in the base mod.

Import should not be needed for the shop fixes, just let the shops restock, but if you already did the 'Small Hats' research in the research bench, I don't know if you can still get the rest of the belt slot headgear blueprints added in by this mod.

I made this with a couple hours in FCS and very little previous modding experience, so feedback is appreciated.
