It's a port from Half-Life 2 workshop

Replaces standard citizens and refugees as these dark and gritty guys
Just let the pictures speak for themselves

Known issues:
- Cheaple ragdoll is kinda broken (can't fix this cuz idk how, it's just a port buh)

Its not about who deserves what, thats precisely the problem, the mentality, i dont get why you wanna control what goes where so much, id be proud if my assets were liked enough and were ported to other games with credit especially.

Cant stand caring enough to limit other people but not caring enough to fill the demand, and then complain when people do it.
