Despite his foray into the squared circle in decades prior, Gary Hart was best known to Wrestling fans as the underhanded heel manager of The Great Kabuki (and later) The Great Muta.

In truth, it was Hart's insistence fo Akihisa Mera to adopt a foreign heel gimmick as The Kabuki. A gimmick that helped Kabuki find newfound fame in the west, along with helping then-New Japan rookie Keiji Mutoh find his own footing in the states as well.
