报告翻译问题
-pawns will keep reading when set to recreation OR everything (tested on 81% recreation)
-when set to worktime but having no job to do, pawns are still dropping the book / quitting the reading-job (tested on 59% recreation)
i've also un- & resubbed to the mod and gone back to the main menu, but didn't quit the game back to desktop in the meantime.

- Decoupled the book reading system from base game's, so books from this mod don't need the reader to be set from recreation. Forcing a colonist to read a book will now work regardless of their work assignments.
- Stainless steel is now vacuum proof
- When reading a folder of durathread techniques, a treatise of stainless steel or a midas tome, a message will pop up on screen informing the player of the effects
- Toned down the duration of the Midas tome's effects (except legendary, because it is, wait for it... well, you know)
tho, shouldn't Chill The Fork Out alrdy do so, at least...?
