FF15 - Paclight

A cheap satillite combined with a long range EMP PAC. This should help capture/guard surrounding resource nodes in the early game as well as dispatch crafts up to 50k in most factions. Costs no materials for movement and can hover in gravity as well as in space. Also fills a good role as an anti-fighter craft for fleets that lack that capability.

As a final note, for some reason it one-shots most small to medium Steel Striders fighters. It wasn't designed to do so, but it is funny watching a 15k pac gun crush a 150k fighter squadron.
