What is this?
Just an ini configuration file that makes the Supersoldiers from my mod available as Promotions.
You can increase their availability by editing this line +NumInDeck=1 in the file XcomClassData.ini to a higher number.
Vanilla classes have a number of 4 for example.

All it does is change the NumInDeck in the config files. So I can't help you in why it isn't working in your setup. Something else is interfering and is the culprit.

This isn't working for me, it's not showing in the class promotion screen as available no matter what I edit.
