독립형 모드

1. 해군 전문성에 따른 국가 선원 수정치 오류
해군 전문성이 낮을 때 국가 선원 수정치가 +15%로 시작함
해군 전문성이 50%가 되면 이 수정치는 +5%로 줄어들고, 100%일 때는 +10%로 상승함

모드 파일을 뜯어보면 해군 전문성이 50%일 때, 국가 선원 수정치가 0%로 이후 올라가지 않는게 정상이지만 왠지 모르게 올라감


2. '해군 군사 연구' 오류
군사 탭에서 "해군 군사 연구" 버튼을 누르면 월 +0.01% 해군 전문성을 얻지만, 해군 사기 -100%, 해군 유지비 +15%의 페널티를 얻음

문제는 버튼을 다시 눌러도 효과를 해제할 수 없고, 오로지 전쟁을 통해서만 해제 가능한 것으로 보임

그러니 제독 고용을 통해 전문성을 올리자

1. That's a bug with the game and not something I can change, it has to do with sailors being the fallback if you do not own a DLC that gives marines, but the game thinks the DLC is not enabled so it gives both sailors and marines.

2. That was mistake on my part and I've changed that in the latest version, and even changed studying to scale off of force-limit instead of give a flat +0.01

If you end up updating to 1.1.0 then I'll gladly link to this for a Korean Translation :suzuko1:
