Description:

This is still a work in progress, expect bugs.

This is a very old project (this is where the UH1X was invented) kept in my drawer of unpublished projects, just like the UH1X this Huey started with Arma 2 samples and was remade in scale and some parts.

It is just me or this chopper doesn't have a wreckage model when being destroyed?

I'm sorry but I haven't found any information in reference to the degrees at which it functions relative to the torque.. I noticed the S.O.G. Prairie Fire devs chose to have it not move, would that be possible at all? Flying the CIV variant I observed that the medic bags inside the cabin stick out of the roof, this does not happen with the other two variants..- Speaking of the CIV variant I was curious to know if you'd ever add it for the civilian faction, I would love to fly it around undercover in Antistasi!! (: I've been looking into making repaints for A3, specifically for this mod - with your permission; Hopefully to lessen the workload on all your projects. Other minor details include: some sounds, drain gang, various antennas and metal bits, slingload hoist cable reel, slow speeds in level flight and over correction when using anti-torque pedals in hover. I think this is all, kind regards, Manuel..! Part #2..

@John Hey, I wanted to thank you for this mod and put forward a couple of observations, requests and questions; I'm glad to finally see a model that gets the proportions right: It's hard for me to measure down to the centimeter but there's no glaring issues.. The tailboom looks right, cabin looks the right width, the nose seems to have the right slope, the eybrow and nose windows are the correct colour, size and shape. The only thing that to the naked eye is disproportionate is the skids: they extend a little too far out at the front, other than that I'd say it's perfect! I was wondering if you intended for the tailplane (synchronized elevator) to elevate and depress with the collective, if so, it's not wrong but the movement here is way too excessive: almost acts as a spoiler(?). Part #1 becuase Steam limits comments to 1000 characters...
