replace Gnome Chompski with Wheatley from portal 2

attention: the Wheatley is in ep2_outland_01a map
hes not in ep2_outland_01 map because of problems with the map
this has been fixed

@kiriokaro updated the mod again, it shouldn't block the elevator now
also if you leave Wheatley in ep2_outland_03 and go through the elevator of ep2_outland_04 Wheatley will be still there

its like theres an invisible wall and when wheatleys in the elevator and comes into contact with it, the elevator stops
