Vanilla Gear Expanded [B41 & B42]
Updated to 42.13.0 MP

New outfits and gear to expand the various law enforcement agencies & special police forces that would likely be in the area. Some vanilla textures have also been altered to improve quality and fix poor font choices.

Items can be found in various police stations around the map, zombies also have a small chance to spawn wearing the uniforms. Will work on current saves though items wont spawn in areas you've already visited.

- Performance friendly - all textures are at the vanilla resolution
- Authentic lore reason for dogs and guns being absent in Knox County
- Angled flashlights & radios can be attached to the vests in B42
- Tactical balaclava can be worn with almost all head gear
- Works on Build 41 but not all items are available, see below

NOTE: Remove the balaclava before washing yourself otherwise it will be deleted. Using the makeup body slot was the only way to make all of these items wearable together. If you want to revert this functionality check the pinned thread in the discussions board.

  • Tactical Gloves Fingerless

  • Tactical Balaclava (wont hide facial hair on B41)

  • Gas Mask (3 variants)
  • All hunting camouflage textures [B42]

The new items can't be worn in the character customise screen
and gives errors.

Updated to 42.13.0, I haven't had time to test extensively so if there's any issues let me know

Hey Tango,

some dude managed to fix the mod temporary for 42.13.
He can't contact you so he asked if you could get in touch with him.
He will delete his mod when you update yours he said.

there are non forum locked guides available in TIS Discord modding section. Here is the github link for the official guides. In the pinned messages there are some more guides.

Unfortunately the migration guide TIS posted for modders is access-locked behind their forums. I'll look into updating the mod to B42MP when the information is more widely available.
