描述
Adds House Dimir as a playable civiliziaton in the game.

House Dimir is an espionage/war based civ, The UA, whispering madness, grants one extra spy as well as the ability for all land military to enter rival territroy, the Dimir civ recieves less warmonger hate. The UB is the Dimir Aqueduct, which reduces enemy stealing rate by 25%, combined with the constabulary and the Police Station, you can almost shut down enemy espionage.

The UU is the assassin, it is a lot more weaker than the swordsman which it replaces, but it costs no iron and receives a huge bonus while attacking, it also has a movement of three, which can let it outspeed opponents to strike first.

Everybody, I opted for the quick fix, instead of the House of Shadow replacing the aqueduct it replaces the constable :P. srry for the late update

also, house of shadow+ full police tree + grwat firewall = 100% reduction in enemy spy effectiveness. I am unspy-able.

bug: when I complete the traditition tree, and it gives me free aquaducts, it gives me houses of shadow instead. And I'm playing izzet. It's a game with every guild civ and noone else

Alright, when you subscribe to it you go the the mods option on the main menu, if everything worked correctly then there should be a green bar when civ automatically unpacks the .civ5mod file. If you can't get it you can manually install it by unziping the file with 7Zip and moving it to the mod section in Documents/MyGames/Civ5/MODS

im fairly new and havnt had the oppurtunity to try out mods yet. so once its suscribed what else do i do?
