fixed in 42.4.1 - commented out all code and added [OBSOLETE] tag so that people know to remove it

Fixes a bug that causes 1 charge of the item to be deleted when consolidating drainable items. Includes thread, Painkillers, Beta Blockers, Sleeping Pills, Fishing Line, Wire, Duct Tape, etc. This was causing small stacks of thread to just be deleted. Also fixed "Consolidate All"

- Fixes full Batteries/Car Batteries/Propane Bottles saving at 16%/32%/32% respectively (linked mod links to Nepenthe's simpler to install LUA only mod that fixes this bug)
- Fixes all non-full items (including all the items this mod affects) losing 1 charge on every save/load (only fixable with this mod AFAIK)

This mod was to fix a different bug with consolidation, where combining many small % left items, like spools of thread from tearing individual rags, would delete the items instead of consolidating them. That bug has been fixed. The 'consolidate all' feature not working, while annoying, is a different bug and was never covered by this mod to begin with.

Brother, we require this mod. Consolidate all in game just combines the first two items then stops. It's really annoying to have to consolidate it all by hand.

Tested with mods and also completely vanilla, both on fresh characters, the Consolidate All option is still broken after 42.4.1. Combines the initial pair then stops.
