Depends on how badly it's broken. If I have to recreate the mod (especially 3D models), no. If I just have to add/remove/change a line of code or so, yes.

That'd be because devs changed how glass works again. I'll try to get to it if I have time.

oh and one more thing, the cockpit glass is pink!
