A plant restricted to a small pot will lack root space and thus won’t grow, regardless of sun and water abundance. Similarly, some campaign AI personalities suffer from restrictive rules in their economy, diplomacy, and military management, hindering their growth potential.

This mod removes these restrictive values, allowing every faction the potential to become a major power. It also normalizes other factions’ personality traits to promote a more balanced yet unpredictable and dynamic campaign, where factions are more competitive and more minor ones are present and active on the map. Combine with Fewer Confederations to maximize this effect.

Inspired by and implements some of Ai Economy (higher spending), No AI Vendetta against the Player, and AI Tweaks - No Anti-Player (no anti player bias on hard+).

Recommended with Equal Rights for Minor Factions and and Please Stop Cheating.

Can be combined with Random Starting Diplomacy and/or Geopolitics for relations randomization and/or neutralization, making relations much more logical and emergent.

Compliments but somewhat replaces Random AI as some personality traits are now shared, and since some behaviors are faction specific, randomizing them might disrupt their intended behaviors, and I’ve retained these.
