Reskinned flush Pop-up!

Listen, Isaac is a gross game. It's no stranger to piss and ♥♥♥♥ and blood all over the place, but do we really need a textured close-up of a fat dookey in our face?

I don't think so, but apparently no one has wanted to make a vanilla-esque replacement for this pop-up. So here I am to fill a clear hole in the market! A quick retexture that turns that chocolate tower of babel into a toilet handle! (Y'know, like what the actual item is?)
