Using the option to lower the minimum altitude of the bridge included in the experimental feature or using a mod with such a feature can solve this problem.
Experimental functions can be used by opening the settings.lua file in the folder TitleScreen→settings→Advanced→Open User Data with Notepad, etc. and setting experimentalTunnelAndBridgeMinHeight to true.
The bridge altitude can be reduced to a minimum of 2 meters.

Ok this mod doesn't require any changes, it's the other platform mod that does (Japan-style Station platform #1). So to prevent confusion I'll post a comment on that other mod for details. Cheers
Oh... I verified that it really works. I think this is an extremely great mod. I was doing some research looking at some mods to see if I could achieve a platform that would work like this, but I'm not a programmer and couldn't understand it.
