provinces: 40 land and 0 sea

This map is designed for a 1V1, a 2v2, or a 4 person free-for-all. 20 Provinces on either side of the river

While looking around google maps for a real life locations to Dominion-ify I found this small Canadian City with a river that pretty much cuts the city right in two.
I thought that it might make an interesting map, let me know if I was right.

The Map works best with land only nations but I cant stop you from using amphibians (or flyers) to skip the river entirely. Caves are optional.

Please do a version using an American state/city but base the province borders on horribly gerrymandered electoral districts.

I used a map to name the provinces, so hopefully I got the locations of neighbourhoods roughly correct and you can pillage your least favourite park of your city ✧ദ്ദി( ˶^ᗜ^˶ )
