javelin dont lock on ennemy vehicle only on friendly so bots cant use it :(

it is a wonderful work, however, there is a bug that kinda downgraded its performance
it seems like there is no 3D sound effect set up to its firing sound, wherever an AI fires the rocket, I can hear its firing sound (confirmed by multiple tests)
