Pertam Sky Modification

This simple mod changes the sky of the desert planet Pertam from a dull blue to a vibrant blue. It is essentially a 1-to-1 copy of the Earth-like planet's sky but applied to Pertam. This mod does not change anything else, such as oxygen density, gravity, etc. I created this for my Black Mesa world that I am currently working on, and I see no point in gatekeeping it, so I thought I might as well share it.
