Some vanilla additions. Currently this mod adds the following:

One-handed Hammers of the following types:
- Bone
- Bronze
- Stone
- Wood

Adds costly advanced portals, that allow teleportation for free.

Adjusts the current portals so that they no longer require a bonfire to be built, and they can be built without a floor. In addition, you can upgrade-in-place the current portal with the advanced portal.
