Kot (Part 1)

I've put together mods that don't work by adding them individually.

Mod for rus, there is no one to do the translation
The version is not final, there is still a lot of work ahead.

Enables all units from the game to access the purchase menu
When the AI is turned on, the medic is now looking for someone to cure himself
When the AI is turned on, the artillery chooses the optimal targets by itself.
Includes the ability to play on all 4x4 maps
Enables weather settings
Removes the limit of corpses on the map
Infantry on tanks are now shooting, not just sitting
Allows for more fine-tuning of the multiplayer game
Planes can now be controlled
A lot of units have been added, both design and experimental (the VK and E lines were not added by the Germans)
Added engineering equipment
Engineers have more building elements available that the game didn't have before.
Heavy engineering added by the USSR
The same type of equipment is opened sequentially, for example, first the tank model 41g, then 43, then 44 and 45. All this opens in 1 cube sequentially.

Known issues:
*AI crashes for fins
*Some things are not translated correctly
*Not all techniques are played in the first person
* The period of the First World War has not been completed, until it is not up to it
