Overhead Chat Bubbles

描述
Adds visually simple chat bubbles over players heads when they chat. Allows players to converse with other players without looking at the chat box.

Features
  • Should support most gamemodes
  • Splits long text into multiple lines.
  • Supports TTT Quickchat commands
  • Disables chat bubbles when TTT disguiser is used
