CTR Nitro Court

While not as pretty as Fzeroman's version, this version matches the layout from the original Crash Team Racing.

Not much else to add about it, it's just a simple map. I didn't add any lasers to it. I didn't make a model of Crash Bandicoot. I didn't add tepelortes in the corners. The map doesn't need them.

Update: Added pretty stuff (Roads, Towers), and created a duplicate map without jumping, but with infinite boost.
