[simfphys] NFS Undercover Police Pack

After 16 years of not having NFS Undercover police cars in GMOD, it's finally here. This pack adds all the police cars from the PC/PS3 with proper lighting. All the light sprites are taken from NFS Undercover files to aim for more accuracy, unfortunately though I couldn't make the lighting exactly like in the game. Another unfortunate thing is that I couldn't port the damage models of the police cars so I had to make the damage models myself. Anyways this is a Christmas present for you guys, enjoy
