Contain everything that normal humans have.

This mod was separated cause config was breaking some animations for normal humans/Spartans from other mods.
(Didnt wanted to make OPTRE as a dependency to original AVS).

Without this number. Launchers have no reference where to download the mod. so it shows up as failed red.

Can you re-upload this mod as its meta data published ID is set to 0. This happens when you first upload a mod. You simply need to re-upload it again and it will assign a ID number to the meta file.
