Problem isn't load order. The texture for the outer circle on Moodles is loaded into the game when you start it. You need to restart the game once after enabling to for the circle texture to be removed.

My current moodle set up is:
- Moodle Framework
- V1cent's Moodles
- Mallwart Plain Moodles
- Medicine Moodles
- Medicine Moodles HD
- Proteins Moodle
- Modern Status
- Moodle Descriptions Expanded

It works perfectly fine with no errors.

Go to the mod load order and switch both mods

all moodles

The issue you are talking about is just for the hot moodle or all moodles?
