Built with the meager budget of $30,000 and and completed thanks to a couple of grants, this small prison, able to house 6 prisoners in its current state, is equipped with just about everything needed to meet the needs of prisoners, from food and water to luxuries and visitation AND featuring a classroom to to educate them little criminals all in the aim of reducing reoffending rate so that parole visits will be positive and blood-free.
