Passenger Car 61-4179 has been produced by the Tver car Building Plant since 1998! "Yellow Line" livery in addition.
No Mods!

Use Connect Tool to find the switch near the handrail.

At the very beginning of the carriage there is a conductor's room for controlling the lights.
Inside each room there are buttons to turn on/off additional interior light.
