[B42] Hand Bag Window Climb

描述
Keep the bags you hold in your hands when climbing through windows instead of dropping them on the ground.

[B42] - Attach Bags To Sheet Rope - Attach up to three bags to a sheet rope, climb up and lift your bags from up there.
[B42] - Louisville Airport Spawn - Spawn in Louisville Airport. Added 33 unique spawn points.
[B41 & B42] - Throw your bag across - Adds an option to throw your bag across windows for efficient looting.
[B41 & B42] - Close The Trunk - Close your trunk of stuff might fall from it.
[B41 & B42] - Rope Towing - Requires a rope to tow vehicles
[B41] - Give Item - A quick way to give items to players around you without dropping them on the ground.
[B41] - Cignition - Handling gas and smoking might not be the best idea after all.

For some time I've been experiencing that my character does drop the off-hand bag when climbing a window, but it happens on a random basis, with the mod on OFC. Dunno if any of the recent updates messed something up? There are no errors, just the functionality seems gone like one in 5 or 10 times I cilmb a window. Curious.

@Döllce, in build 41 you don't drop your bags when jumping through windows (unless an update changed that), that's why it's a build 42 mod only.

@Pantstain, I don't have any issue with the lastest build. What is the problem you're experiencing exactly? Do the bags get dropped or does it show an error?
