Strangely one of the only characters I remember from Metal Gear Solid V's Motherbase roster, here is Laughing Wallaby. The PM is about done. The NPC is half-assed but whatever it still works. If you're a fan of army waifus or some crap, here ya go. It also has bodygroups where you can make her wear the DD mask or change her hair color

there are female soldiers you can get earlier in afghanistan, i think it's during the mission in which you destroy a bunch of tanks and ifvs (back up back down?)

No, it's a codename. I think she's the most remembered because she's one of the first female DD soldier you obtain from somewhere (idk it's been a while since I played MGSV)
