描述
Bored of only 4 NS? What about more? With that mod you can access all NS. The Legacy upgrade grants the Innovation bonus instead of you waiting for the card to come.

This mod is original from Nexusmod www.nexusmods.com/millennia "millennia all national spirit", but with some changes.

The extra unit unlocks (pioneers, artists) is not here. Their production cost is very low, too low for me. Only if I can change their production cost will some of them be added
The Colonialism Legacy upgrade has been changed: -10 Unrest Suppression from Tea instead of +1 chaos points. To make that upgrade more usable, but still balanced
Flower Child doesn't remove your Warheads and doesn't stops you from producing Warheads upon unlocking this NS.
Some Legacy requirements are changed (Crusaders and Colonialism)

For any recommended change, write it in the comments. Check the "Change Notes" before doing so.

Wanted changes for later:
- Adjust the UI to not make you scroll up and down with so many NS starting in age 5. That would take a while, cause I got to learn how to do that

If you got another mod, which gives you an upgrade in Layer 4, that could stop it from being accessed.

I have no problems with it, so I am confused upon reading that.
So upon clicking on the Messenger NS on the UI to the left, you can't open it right?

I took Olympians as my starting NS but was unable to open Messengers when I unlocked it.

God-King Dynasty is not changed other than the Legacy giving the Innovation bonus. I hardly noticed this NS bonus in my testing.

maybe this will make god-king dynasty viable, somehow.
