Minimal Display Bars + Nutritions + Discomfort [B41/B42 MP OK]

描述
Added to the original mod Lipids, Proteins and Carbohydrates and Discomfort Level for 42.

I also changed the save system from getModFileWriter to getFileWriter (reader too), so now the save will be stored in the Zomboid/Lua folder of the User directory.
It will create "MOD Config Options (MinimalDisplayBarsNutritions)B42.lua" for the 42 and "MOD Config Options (MinimalDisplayBarsNutritions).lua" for B41

Add "Load Preset" option (see screenshot).
Now you can load preset from your friend, just put the config.lua in User/Zomboid/Lua and rename it "MDB_Preset.lua".

I also add fix for vanilla thirst bugged after drinking.

@Vorshim you were right. unsubsriving and subscribing back worked. It seems like I was stuck with old version of the mod for some reason. Sorry for commenting before trying that. Thanks for the help.

unsubscribe and subscribe again maybe. don't know. 42.13 solo/mp it's the same. this mod has nothing to do with MP. is client side.

Erm.. it's not all good? I've tried playing with this mod on build 42.13 (solo) and still tons of errors occur.

Yeah, no worries. I do like the mod and i have patience. I saw they went balls deep this time to make modding changes this time around so it wouldn't be too easy. So i do appreciate and thank you :)
