Dr. ### reporting. At approximately 01:23 AM a pulse was detected in Cage 04. While inspecting the resulting wavelengths, Dr.###### noticed an unusual pattern. It was short and very low, meaning that there was next to zero energy emitted from the E-R bridge. Examining the footage from the chamber has unveiled what appeared to be a burning pile of paper. Following this revelation, a special team was established to neutralize the fire and collect new evidence. The team was successful at doing the task and the specimen was disinfected and transferred to the inspection room. In there it was discovered that these are some blueprints. At first it was presumed to be some unrelated buildings' planning, however upon further inspection it was revealed to be the missing P-H documents. Using these, as well as DOC001 and DOC002, ROOT was successfully reconstructed digitally (see DOC022-1), however since most of the files were burned it is not fully finished nor accurate. Evidence was transported to the BPI archive.
