France Tweaks and addons

Mod adds multiples tweaks and new features to French assets, from original game and mods.

From original game : changes the super Frelon to it's hopefully more realist loadouts (sparse info so obviously not perfect).

- Added ORB-42 search radar
- Added HS-12 dipping sonar
- Added Super Frelon ESM suite
- Added MK-46 loadout
- Added F17 loadout (this one is some kind of "for the fun of it" thing).

Soon : Frelon will be updated to french frelon livery mod that came out recently.

From original game :
- Added French Daphné submarines (70s and 80s variants)
- Added F-17 torpedo mod1 and mod2
- Added SM39 submarine launched missile. Carried by a Daphné variant.


From Etendard family mod :
- Added Magic 2 missiles to Super Etendard Modernisé (SEM).
- Added loadout with AS-30L Laser guided missile to SEM.
Note : Magic 2 and AS-30L are from Misaka's Mirage 2000 mod. You must subscribe and activate this mod for the change to work.
- Tweaks to AS-30L flight profile (now : maintain altitude and dive to prevent running into the ground instead of targets).
- Turned the laser pod into ATLIS pod (visual ID and laser designation capability).
- Tweaks to Agave and Anemone radars to represent lookdown and tracking capabilities of these radars.
- Added Magic 1 missiles to Etendard IVM.

From La Fayette kitbash mod :
- Added OECM/DECM capabilities to La Fayette ships.

From Suffren kitbash mod :
- Added OECM/DECM capabilities to the Suffren class.
- Added DUBV23-DUBV43 sonar tandem (hull and VDS). New 40km range as reported on http://herve.toudic.free.fr/esc_duperre/dubv43.htm

From FREMM Aquitaine kitbash mod :
- Improved slighly the Nettuno ECM performance, it was too weak. You may need to subscribe to Bergamini mod for this one.

For the changes to other mods to take effect, install like this :
- subscribe to this mod and the needed mods.
-activate all mods needed.
-activate this mod and put it on top in the mod list (just below sea lifter and anchor chain).

Become the ultimate hunter-killer!
As for the Frelon ASW hunter killer role, It is reported as in service in Flotille 33F until 1981 (equipped with Thomson CSF AQS 13 sonar / HS 12 variant).
