Very horrible addon that makes human NPC's head disappear simulating headshot irl.

NOTE: NPC'S HEAD DISAPPEARS ONLY WITH SHOTGUN!

I couldn't make the blood flow effect work, if you know how to make it, just steal this addon and add it.

I'm guessing you mean zippy's gore mod, but it wasn't to my liking so i swapped out with a different one, the only reason I asked is because combine soldiers heads don't gib with revolver for the new one

install gibby's gore mod. it acts just like this addon and uts way better
