Sanctuary Survival Revised

It's just my "Sanctuary Survival with Sentry Guns" map but removed the sentry guns and kept the map improvement changes.

Some of the map improvement changes are that more than 1 streetsweeper can spawn now, streetsweepers can now give score, bots can now use ammo stashes, bots are modified by my "Elite AI" script, some enemy profiles and modifiers have been changed, and medkits (instead of pills) can now spawn on later waves.
