I'm also aware this uses a lot of VRAM due to the VRM file format oddly not compressing textures and how PD handles skins and seperate VRM files, meaning this has like 3 copies of each texture instead of 3 models sharing the same texture. You'll need a pretty good modern PC to use these simply because the textures are uncompressed and any attempt to compress them is undone by the VRM exporter and i'd rather not lose the nice crisp 4K textures which most systems can handle no problem IF they're compressed properly by unity.
