New Flags and Colors for Court of the Night, Templehof, and Vampire Rebels

Tired of vomit green, Halloween store beflagged Court of the Night? Dread the bland and fungal Vampire Rebels spawning? Have I got a fix for you!

Made new flags and changed the banner colors for a few factions!

- Court of the Night: Used Harkon heraldry in TOW (cuz it's dope and there's a bit of a connection with Blood Keep). Changed their color from green to grey.

- Templehof: changed their laughing skull to one from the old army books because there wasn't enough contrast (I couldn't get the vanilla skull to stand out enough, unfortunately, so I opted to replace it).

- Vampire Rebels: changed their heraldry to another banner in the old army books and gave them a ghostly off-white instead of pastel puke green.
