Jeff the Landshark

This mod adds Jeffrey the First of His Name of the Former Staten Island from Marvel Comics as a pet.

Jeffrey has plenty of mutations and skills to help him stay alive. He can spit water at enemies and is very agile but he won't hesitate to charge in and claw/bite them to shreds.

I wouldn't really call Jeff balanced, but as I play I'll make adjustments if I deem them necessary (or you can request some changes too.)

Made primarily just to experiment with modding, but if you have any requests or need to report something is broken, use the comments and I'll try to respond!
