Doubles the movement speed of the Bear while in the water

* Modifies the side hardpoints to make TV missile use easier
* Adds 6 hidden hardpoints for use with other mods like 'Revolution:Engineering'

Maybe I'm missing something, but when I attempted to fire a TV, it was upside down and fired straight out the front, so it just crashes into the ground. Is it supposed to fire out the top?

@printerfirstclass I have fixed that bear bug now

I have rev:engineering too, sometime after the update my upgraded Bears were replaced with ordinary bears. I can upgrade Mules, Petrels and Mantas but not bears. Thank you for your help in advance.

@printerfirstclass you need to install rev:engineering to do upgrades

Is this mod broken? I can't seem to upgrade my Bears.
