설명
Fixes up the internal Footstep Sound Time from being a specific array of ticks to HL2's way of footstep ticks. Ported over from Team Fortress 2 Gamemode.

@ don't mean to be a bother but, I think this footstep tick mod may be in your player animation mod. I noticed it when using it. i didn't even have this mod installed but the ticks were still playing. perhaps this is a code you forgot to remove form the addon folder before publishing?

What about the weapon sway speed? With this it seems to be desynced from the footstep speed
