Snow Covered HEV Hands from Half-Life: Interlude. I ported these over from the demo, there are some arctic maps on the workshop so here is a HEV hands skin to use while you play those maps or just use in general.

Also yes, i voiced in Interlude, so i made this addon and ported the hands over to the workshop!
