描述
Makes the .357 Magnum Colt Python revolver have an approximately 2.5 inch "snub" barrel. I also edited the firing animation so the cylinder rotates, but it's tough to see without slowing the game down.

Compatible with retextures only.

Also, a fun fact, did you know that HL2's Colt Python worldmodel is the same one used in Low-Def HL1? Valve just reskinned it to make it look different from a distance. I see this as them being resourceful because in HL2, you were never meant to see the Python's worldmodel for very long. So there was no reason to make some beautiful model with all sorts of detail.

You could use a modified version of one from this addon for a worldmodel. It is compatible with viewmodel retextures, too.

as for the rotating cylinder, why not? It could make for a nice flourish. I'm someone who likes it when the tiny details all fit into place.

I didn't, because the worldmodel is garbage (if it's the same as hl2) - as for the animation, I probably could, but it's so difficult to even notice that I don't know if anyone would care

did you edit the worldmodel at all?

Also could you put the rotating animation on the standard Python?
