An updates version of Closer Deployment Zones by Xplosive

Deployment Zones are smaller and closer together.

*I think all Total War games would benefit from something like this. You spend a great deal of time and strategy to chase an opposing army down or lure them into battle on the campaign map. But when the battle begins you are still miles apart and the other army could easily slip away. This way when the battle begins it really begins.

I do wish the deployment zones were even closer than this. I think they should be touching but I haven't had the guts to start messing around with the code yet. Anyone who would like to try please go for it!
