Although there is a minor suggestion: Is it plausible to make the basic upgrade a percentage increase rather than a flat number? Right now some of them seems a bit unworthy, like 20 kg cargo mass increase isn't going to do much for cargo transport.
it uses things from VVE, VVE T3, and VVE upgrades. i think the only thing that would break w/o tier 3 is the toad military turret tho (i basically ripped the turret off the goliath and slapped it on there LOL)
