Hi-Qual adrenalin

i took the adrenalin autoinjector from EHA and made a copy of it that lasts around 2x longer combined with being able to stack up to 4x and be shot by a syringe gun.

also doesnt use sodium and only 2 adrenalin to craft.

you might ask why? if you have the miracle worker trait and just fill somone up with adrenalin you can recreate the "Meet the Medic" video from tf2.
