Central Europe Village fix

This mod changes a few properties of the Central European village housing and economy packs, made by Quieklebendig. This mod halves the living space of the housing for more realism, adds fertilizer storage to farm buildings and reduces the pollution of factory buildings to ~1ton. This doesn't replace the already existing buildings, these buildings will be shown seperatly. This is just a text modification, and all the credit goes the original author.
